Gemma brings over two decades of financial services expertise to the wealth management team, qualifying with her Certificate in Mortgage and Practice (CMaP) in 2001. She has successfully arranged mortgages and protection solutions for both residential and commercial clients, developing a deep understanding of varied financial products and client needs.

As an accomplished entrepreneur, Gemma ran her own hospitality business for 18 years, honing skills in business development, operational efficiency, and client relationship management. She believes that understanding each client's individual circumstances, maintaining clear communication, and meticulous organisation are the cornerstones of successful financial administration.

When she's not supporting advisers and administrators, Gemma enjoys nurturing her collection of over 70 houseplants, practising yoga, and exploring the countryside on walks with her beloved miniature dachshund, Bertie.
