Initial Consultation.

Your journey begins with a comprehensive meeting with one of our qualified Independent Financial Advisers. We'll understand your financial needs and goals, discuss your circumstances, and explain how we can help. This session gives you the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our service propositions.

This initial consultation is free of charge.

Financial Review and Recommendation.

We conduct an extensive assessment of your complete financial situation, including:

  • Analysis of your existing financial arrangements and personal circumstances

  • Understanding your investment knowledge and risk tolerance

  • Asset allocation modelling matched to your risk profile

  • Assessment of current investments and strategic planning

  • Presentation of tailored recommendations

You decide whether to implement our recommendations completely or partially.

Implementation and Set-up.

Once you proceed, we handle everything on your behalf:

  • All fund and policy administration

  • Regular progress updates

  • Ensuring documents meet your expectations

  • Written confirmation of all actions taken

Ongoing Review Service.

As your circumstances change, so should your financial plan. Our ongoing support includes:

  • Annual structured reviews

  • Assessment of changing circumstances and plan adjustments

  • Regular investment updates and market information

  • Flexible support levels based on your needs

  • Administrative and correspondence assistance

Cash Flow Modelling

Sometimes the best advice is to do nothing - but how do you know? Our advisers use sophisticated cash flow modelling software to provide illustrations of your potential financial future, showing how your investments, income and wealth could develop over time.

Initial Advisory Fees

Up to £99,999: 2.5%

£100,000 - £249,999: 2%

£250,000 - £749,999: 1.5%

£750,000+: 1%

Example

You invest £1.25m with us. 
The initial fee would be £250,000 at 2% (£5,000), £750,000 at 1% (£7,500), and
£250,000 at 0.5% (£1,250). £5,000 + £7,500 + £1,250 equals a total of £13,750.

We will not charge you more than £20,000 for any piece of individual advice. The cap applies for each piece of initial advice.

*Fees can be taken directly from your investment or paid separately. Note: Fees paid through investments may affect your personal tax thresholds - we'll discuss this with you.

Ongoing Wealth Management

Your financial future deserves continuous attention. Our ongoing service includes:

  • Regular portfolio reviews and market updates

  • Investment adjustments as needed

  • Administrative support and correspondence

  • Strategic planning as circumstances change

Annual ongoing fees:

  • 0.75% on investments up to £750,000

  • 0.50% on investments above £750,000

  • 1.0% for complex plans or six-monthly reviews

Example: £250,000 portfolio = £1,875 annually (0.75%)

Minimum annual fee: £500 (charged as a balance if the percentage fee is lower)

Fees are paid quarterly in arrears, fluctuating with your investment value. 7 days’ written notice required for cancellation.

Hourly Services

  • Specialist Advice: £300/hour

  • Independent Financial Advice: £250/hour

  • Paraplanner Work: £150/hour

  • Administration: £50/hour
