Jack began his financial services career at Norwich & Peterborough as a customer adviser before moving into independent financial advice in 2017. He earned his Level 4 Diploma in 2019 and recently completed his Level 6 qualification in 2024, achieving chartered status.

Jack's progression through different areas of the business—from administration to management—has given him comprehensive knowledge of the entire advice process, which benefits his clients at every stage.

Outside work, Jack enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing football (he previously represented Norfolk at U18 level), and golf.
